Voisight was built by a team with direct experience of how residential care documentation actually works, the inconsistent records, the forms that were never designed for the people filling them in, and the compliance pressure that falls on agencies that are already stretched thin.
Most documentation software for care agencies was designed for hospitals or broad social services. It assumes workers have desktop computers, uninterrupted time, and formal writing training. None of those assumptions hold in a residential care setting.
We built Voisight around what care workers actually have: a phone, a few minutes between sessions, and the ability to speak clearly about what they observed. Structure, compliance, and routing are handled by the platform — not by the person who just finished a ten-hour shift.
